One-hour trial and annual renewal
A trial begins only after the payment service confirms enrollment. It lasts 60 minutes. Unless canceled before its stated end time, it converts to US$99 USD per year for an English/USD enrollment or ¥16,999 JPY per year for a Japanese/JPY enrollment, including applicable taxes. The subscription renews annually in its original currency until canceled. Opening the editor does not enroll you.
How to cancel
Use Manage subscription on the website to open the payment provider’s billing portal when available, or email support@cutgogo.net with the email address used for billing and the subject “Cancel subscription”. You do not need to give a reason. A cancellation email received before a trial or renewal deadline is treated as timely, even if support processes it later; any resulting charge will be reversed.
After cancellation
Canceling during the trial prevents the first annual charge and ends the trial. Canceling after an annual charge stops future renewals and leaves access through the paid period unless you request a full refund. Save the cancellation confirmation. If you do not receive one, contact support. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
