Digital Delivery Policy

Digital service only
cutgogo is a browser-based video editing service. We do not ship physical goods. There are no shipping fees, delivery addresses or parcel tracking numbers.
Access and exports
The editor is accessed through cutgogo.net. If subscription enrollment is active, the paid service begins when the payment provider confirms the trial or subscription. Receipts are delivered to the billing email address. Exported videos are generated locally and downloaded to the location selected in your browser.
If delivery fails
For browser download problems, check storage space and download permissions and keep your source media. If a confirmed paid subscription is inaccessible, email support@cutgogo.net with the receipt reference. We will help restore access or assess a refund under the Refund Policy.
