Do I need to download an app?
No. cutgogo runs in your browser. A recent Chrome or Edge desktop browser is recommended for editing and export. Mobile devices can browse the site; editing works best on a larger screen.
Are my videos uploaded?
Your media and edits are processed on your device. We do not upload your videos. Saving a project uses this browser’s local storage. Clearing browser data removes those saved projects.
Which files can I use and export?
Import browser-supported videos, images and audio. MP4, WebM, JPG, PNG, MP3 and WAV are common choices, but codec support depends on your browser. Export is WebM or MP4 when your browser supports recording it, up to 1080p at 30 fps. Export takes approximately the video’s duration.
When does the free trial start?
The 1-hour trial begins only when a connected payment service confirms your subscription. Opening the editor never starts a paid subscription. The exact trial end time and annual charge must be shown at checkout.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge, or before the next annual renewal to avoid renewal. Use the billing portal linked from Manage subscription, or email support@cutgogo.net. Request a full annual-charge refund within 30 days of that charge. No reason is required.
Is cutgogo connected to OpenCut?
cutgogo is independently operated by MEROVANT INTERNATIONAL INC. This static edition adapts OpenCut Classic’s timeline ruler utilities and editing workflow, with a custom browser media engine. It is not the full OpenCut application and is not endorsed by OpenCut.
