30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Request a full refund of an annual subscription charge within 30 calendar days of that charge, including a renewal charge. No reason is required, and using the editor does not remove this guarantee. Full refund on unused credits. No questions asked. cutgogo Annual does not currently sell or require credits.
How to request a refund
Email support@cutgogo.net from your billing email address with your receipt or transaction reference. Never send a complete card number. We review requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; your provider may take a further 5–10 business days to post them.
What happens to your subscription
A full annual-charge refund ends the refunded paid subscription and its future renewals. Your local media remains on your device. Canceling alone stops future renewal; it does not automatically submit a refund request. Statutory consumer rights and remedies for unauthorized or duplicate charges are not limited by this policy.
